Juicer Pulp?

So I have a juicer, but I haven't been using it lately because I hate making juice and then throwing out all the leftover mash. There must be SOMETHING I can use it in, right?

Anyone?

I'd use the juicer to juice hard things like carrots, then add the juice and pulp to a smoothie.

I really like this idea! So.. how do I use them in muffins? In place of something? Just randomly added?

muffins, fruit leather (just add a bit of juice to make a paste, unless your pulp doens't come out nearly dry), add to soups and stews

I'd stir it into my oatmeal or yogurt... or at least DS's oatmeal or yogurt...

I use the pulp instead of grated carrot in carrot muffins. I have also added it to spice muffins, raspberry muffins... So ya, it can be an addition to pretty much any muffin!
