Any other runners in this DDC? I love to run, and just completed a half marathon before I got pregnant. I didn't run during my first pregnancy out of a combination of nervousness and laziness- but I heard its usually ok. I'd like to keep up an easy 3-4 miles 3-4 times a week for as long as possible. Anyone BTDT?

I still go about 45 minutes a day! I heard as long as you did it before pregnancy and you don't get too overheated or high of a heart rate then it's fine
