Can you sub Soy flour 4 Wheat flour?

Help, dd wants cookies and I just want to know can I use soy flour instead of wheat flour in the cookie recipes.

I'm not sure that you could sustitute just 1:1. I think it would come out really oddly. I would say that you can substitute some sort of gluten free baking mix for the wheat flour, but that might not help you.

No - it's not a straight substitution.

You'd be better off searching out a recipe that is already written and tested than trying to sub soy for wheat.
