Enzyme to digest Fructose

I am ISO an enzyme that will help with the digestion of fructose for my friend, whose son cannot tolerate fructose well. He gets GI symptoms. While they keep him fructose free at home, there are times when infractions occur and she'd like something to help counter the effects before he starts feeling discomfort

Enzymedica is a good brand. They have several different types, including a kids one, "Kid Digest", that goes in juice. Hmm, I wonder if it could go in water as well. I think it specifically says not to put it i milk. They have capsules to swall though as well. I've given my dd the adult ones, just broke open the capsules and put them in rice milk for her. Look online for more details.
