Incontinence anyone?

I've had leaking since my first birth, and it's gotten worse with the other two until I was having accidents each day...way embarrassing! : I had a mid-urethral sling surgery in March which has helped a lot. I was going to do the InterStym but good thing because it just has to be turned off during preg. anyway.

Anyone coping with this? Expecting it to worse once we get our baby bellies. Any tips or natural relief?

I feel your pain! I've had issues off and on since my boys were born. Kegals, kegals, kegals!!!!! It does help. And a pad for the days it is really bad.....
