DD is having all kinds of issues with eating fruit. I think it's either a sal reaction or a cross-reactivity reaction due to her pollen allergies. Either way, it sucks because it's summer fruit season. So, how could I make a smoothie that's without fruit, or at least, only with apples? I can add veggies, but which ones? It needs to be sweet, too. And she can't have coconut. Am I asking too much?

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

I can't remember your other allergies, but a safe nut and banana? Also, apples aren't the highest in sals, but many people with sals sensitivity have issue with them. Carrots are sweet, could you pour in some carrot juice, lemon, and a safe milk, and a little honey to sweeten?
I share your pain, by the way, at having to deal with this in the middle of yummy fresh fruit season!
