Sure. At the top of the page is a link (on the left) called "User CP".
Click on this link.
Then you will find a list of links on the left hand side. Scroll down and click on "Edit Options" (which is listed under "Settings and Options").
In the second box, "Messaging & Notification", you will see your fourth option:

When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.
Do not subscribe No email notification Instant email notification Daily email notification Weekly email notification Default Thread Subscription Mode: |
Choose "Instant Email Notification" from the drop down list.
Then scroll to the bottom of the page and save changes.
Should be that easy!
