no doula here. i'm having a hospital birth (same place i had my other 3 kids) and dh and i have a great system worked out. my ob has stayed with me during a large part of my labor each time and that would be nice this time around, but not necessary. dh and i make a great labor/delivery team

This. If I were having another hospital birth I'd have one for sure. I'll be at home this time though.
