Help for Hives please

9 month old DD came down w/ hives Sunday morning. Over the weekend we stayed at a lakeside cabin. There were mosquitoes and one rode home in the car w/ us. I thought they were bug bites. But then the started disappearing and reappearing in different spots. Face, arms, legs, head torso all over really. They would appear dime size then grow to quarter plus size. She would have several at a time. They were really bad Monday and Tuesday. Better Wed and now still has a couple but they are small. They seem to appear where I have held her but not always.

Here are some possible sources- any ideas what sounds most likely?

pollen
new foods-watermelon &potato
breastmilk- my diet has not changed could she suddenly be allergic to somethin I eat?
detergent & grass hives would go away faster?

I am still giving her foods she has been okay w/ pears, rice , peaches etc.- should i stop those two?

I'm not as familiar with hives as some people here. If they were there Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, does that seem a long reaction?
When did she have the new foods (watermelon and potato)?
If it was detergent... did you get a new one?
People can become allergic to any food at any time, and there are cases where kids react to something in the mother's milk, like that. But with hives, I think it would be more likely that it was something she was exposed to directly. Pollen? I wouldn't think as likely. Though playing in the grass, possible. Detergent (contact), possible. New foods, possible.

another exposure was to a dog but she's been around him before.
