i spend a lot of time debating conspiracy theorists...and pro-circ people are very similar to them. the really hardcore ones have no interest in facts, logic, ethics, or science. their main goal is to get people to believe them. it's not important to them if their argument is good or not.

i could definitely use it in an argument. but there are too many thngs that could be skewed. and actions speak louder than words, i left my sons intact.
Your story and your arguments are so compelling! Like your siggy says (I'm copying it BTW), don't stay silent! You have a unique opportunity here. Let the CAC forum help you craft your responses to any skewed arguments that may be thrown out at you (like in sales, you have to be ready!) and then go out there confident that you can't be thrown off track. You are so right about actions speaking louder than words! Even if you don't convince someone on the spot, I bet the fact that you left your DS intact would give them pause. 'If it's worse to have done in adulthood, and intact guys will all have problems, then why the heck did he leave his son intact???' Maybe if they leave scratching their heads, then you have a shot at further conversations or that they will seek out more info!

Hopefully, it will work out that way. I just don't want people to think just because I had problems, everyone will have problems.
