Paper crafts for almost four year old?

I just bought a bunch of pretty paper. I am not a scrap booker but some of that paper is so beautiful I just couldn't stop myself.

So now I need craft ideas to justify spending the money.

Anyone have paper craft ideas using scrap book type paper that would be easy enough for a four year old to do?

We used wrapping paper to cover some shoe boxes to store things in DDs room. They are just the right size for Mr Men books or CDs.
