I'm pretty excited about an opportunity coming up tonight to read at a literary reading with the state poet laureate - Gurney Norman. They are going to record and broadcast it tomorrow Sat. from 10-11. The event is 2 hours long, so I don't know if I will be aired or not, but I could be. :http://www.appalshop.org/wmmt/

Well, interesting reading... I really enjoyed myself and hearing Gurney Norman again. However, at the end of the reading, the radio folks realized it hadn't recorded. : So, I won't be on the radio, but someone who can come to the studio and record will be I believe on Monday 4-6pm. I don't know if they will have Gurney Norman re-record his reading or not. There were some great writers there, so it will be a good broadcast.
