Do ALL states have exemptions?

I thought I heard that One state did not have an exemption, is that true? Which one is it?

No.

Two states do not.

I never remember what they are because I don't live there.

so what do they do in those states? put you in jail?

Mississippi and West Virginia are the only states without religious exemptions. They only have the medical ones.

So all but two have religious exemptions. All have exemptions of some sort.

Medical exemptions can be close to useless though.
