Copyright guidelines?

The revised UA says this:

3. Do not post copyrighted material without permission. See copyright guidelines.

I have searched but cannot find where the guidelines are posted. Would you be able to point me to where they are posted?

I searched high and low earlier today searching "copyright" both on the main page and in the forums. Did you guys just add it back in? When I search now it's the top of the results. Regardless, I appreciate your help!

Well the links were all on the website which changed. I moved it over to the new site.
