What to do with tons of tomatoes?

I bought way too many last time at the market (~ 2lbs) and I can't eat as fast as they get a little wrinkly.. They're not enough to make my home made Marinara sauce though...

So, what else can I do with them other than letting them go to waste?

Chop them up, lay them on a pan and drizzle them with olive oil and add seasonings of choice. Then slow roast them in the oven:

yes that is exactly what I was going to say! I did this a bunch last year because we had tons of cherry tomatoes and it is delicious. Spread it on crusty bread. YUM!
