Crashing from October.
I'm there with you. What unfortunately works best for me is to limit walking as much as possible. This doesn't help with my fitness but certainly helps with the pain. I never stand when I can sit and never sit when I could lie down. I work full time and have a four year old so the lying down thing only happens at night but that is what has worked best for me. The more I am on my feet the more pelvic pain I have (main is in the lower back esp.)
My physiotherapist also supplied me with a special maternity support belt (she says that the ones for sale in Maternity clothing stores are useless) which also helps.
