personally i like yo gabba gabba. "don't! don't! don't bite your friends!" that song cracks me up everytime.

my babes (going on 2 and 3yrs this summer) like max and ruby, oswald, and wow wow wubbzy.

I despise wow wow wubbzy. It always comes on at inoportune times. I dont know why they have it come on right at nap time, and riht before bedtime!

DD really likes Toot and Puddle, Clifford and Olivia (we read the books already) But her favs are Ni Hao Ki-Lan and Jacks Big Music show.

I like Sesame Stree too. I think that's one of the reasons I let DD watch it.

I like old school Sesame Street from my days in the 1970s and 1980s. Those shows were better than the Sesame Street that's on now. Something seems to be missing from the current show. The newer muppets are too cutesy and their voices bug me especially Elmo. I try to find DVDs for DD of the Sesame Street I grew up on.

We also like that science show Big Wide World (?) or is it Wide Wide World? It's the one with the giant sloth, the two monkey siblings, and a wise old turtle. They live in a giant tree in the rainforest. Ring a bell for anyone?

KsMum, my dd really likes backyardigans but they come on at 8pm which is bedtime. when our cable gets shut off () we borrow a backyardigans dvd from the library though.

bookgoddess, i like the older episodes too. it's hard for me to remember somethings exactly, but there were little segments then that they no longer do, like that little bitty guy that runs around on kitchen counters; i think maybe he had a glass over him? and i don't ever see the "waiter, theres a fly in my soup" bit with grover either. i could go on...

It's a Big Big World, & now I got the theme song stuck in my head . I like that one too.

I love the old-time Sesame Street as well. The new ones are SO annoying.

Another Phineas & Ferb fan here. I just crack up every time they play Dr. Doofenshmirtz's jingle. We also enjoy George & Martha (based on the books).

And for those longing for the good old days of Sesame Street, there are two volumes of Sesame Street Old School out on DVD. (IIRC there was a thread or two about it when it was released.) My son loves them and the old Electric Company on DVD too.

These two, plus Kipper and Little Bear. My son would add Dragon Tales and My Friends Tigger and Pooh, but those I could take or leave myself.

I can't stand shows that are loud or flashy! We like watching Big, Big World and Little Bear. Kipper is pretty cute too, and nice and mellow.

We TiVo lots and lots of shows, so my kids rotate through them. At the moment they are very much into "Curious George" and "Ni-Hao Kailan." My favorites are "The Backyardigans" and "Olivia." Olivia's parents exhibit the patience I'd love to have one day.

DD is really loving Diego right now. He has surplanted her first love, Grover. She's also loving Max and Ruby, which I think is a super cute show.

I HATE Yo Gabba Gabba (if a "commercial" for it comes on on Noggin, DD and I yell "No way, Gabba Gabba!" (Though I know she secretly watches it at Grandma's house, despite me unofficially banning it.) and Wow Wow Wubzy.

My kiddos are almost 6 and just turned 9. We (yep, all three of us) love Phineas and Ferb, Curious George, Martha Speaks, Charlie & Lola, Peep (OMG, my little one is OBSESSED with Peep!!!) and Fetch! with Ruff Ruffman.

Hate Spongebob, Yo Gabba Gabba and The Doodlebops with a passion.

The Imagination Movers. I like the music, it doesn't make me want to run away screaming. I also like that they always have to try a few times to solve the imagination emergency.
