Could soap nuts cause PUL to delaminate?

So I've recently (like a month ago) switched to soap nuts for all my laundry. Now some of my diapers have delaminated. Do you think this could have anything to do with the soapnuts, or is it just a coincidence? Has anyone else had this happen to them?

I have no idea, but this happened to one of my pockets. I thought it was because DH must have put it in the dryer by accident.

I have used Soap Nuts for 15 months and never had that happen. I would think it is a coincidence.

Several diaper sellers also sell soap nuts and I have never heard of any problems like that with them.

I am also unsure why the dryer would cause any issues. We dry all the time, on high heat, and have never in almost 5 years of cd'ing had that happen. Many manufacturers actually recommend drying at least every once in a while under the theory that it causes the fibers to tighten up again making it hold better.

Were these all the same brand of diaper? And how old are the diapers? Sometimes the manufacturer might get a bad batch of PUL and it will do that.
