Wool and yeast

So DD has broke out yet again with a yeast rash. Probiotic and diaper stripping here we come. Here is my question. I am new to wool and in the past when we have had yeast outbreaks I would strip all the diapers, covers and wipes. Well part of the striping ritual requires hot wash and hot drying. Can't really do that with wool. So am I just over doing my yeast control by striping the covers too? Do the covers not need to be stripped since they are not really touching the yeast rash itself? I kind have always just though some how it could get onto the cover and then with a wet diaper just multiply its way back through the diaper to babys skin. So, if I do need to strip the wool, how can that be done?

well, if your wool had yeast - sunlight would kill it. I would wash my wool in Kookaburra wool wash which has tea tree which would also kill it then hang to dry in the sun.
