Ice Cream recipes?

Anyone? I have a Cusineart ice cream thingy.

Can I make it without whipping cream or half and half? I have sweetened condensed milk and whole milk on hand.

Also search the Traditional Foods forum for "ice cream recipes". There was a recent thread with lots of tasty ice cream made without processed sugars and such (honey and/or maple syrup instead).
