source naturals sublingual b complex?

has anyone taken this? I am thinking of getting it for us. Me, dh, and our 6 y.o. maky be the 3 1/2 y.o. too. how has it worked for you? the orance flavor has soy. dd has had soy milk once in her life and it caused diarhea but it was just atthe beginning of things. do you think we should just avoid the orange or is it such a small amt that the benefit outways the risk?

That's really strange. Most of their products have the "hypoallergenic; free of dairy, corn, soy, etc., etc." label, so I'm surprised that the b-complex has soy. I take their sublingual methylcobalamin (b12) and it doesn't have soy.

I would probably avoid the soy if you can.

only the orange flavor has soy not the peppermint. i was just worried abt it being too minty for my dd.
