My family is moving soon and I'm finally going to be able to have a veggie garden! I'm so excited.
: But, I've never really grown anything so I've got lots of questions.
We're going to have 2.2 acres and we're going to be moving end of July/beginning of August. We're in central Alabama which I think is zone 7.
So here are my questions
1. Are there any good gardening books that you recommend?
2. How big should I make it? (I don't want it so big that it overwhelms me but I want to be able to make it worth my time, yk?)
3. What veggies are easiest to grow?
4. When and how should I prepare the soil?(Is there anything I can do as soon as we move or do I need to wait for next spring?)
