My birth at Special Beginnings was the most positive experience of my life. I had some complications- water breaking 3 days before ctx with light meconium, but it was treated with...
My mom gave me this for Christmas and I absolutely love it. Gorgeous illustrations and very sweet ideas inside. Plus it's just structured enough so that I can be creative about what I include...
This is the prettiest carrier, and fit my shoulders and figure (at 5'6") much better than the Ergo. I got it when my daughter was about nine months, two years ago - it doesn't appear to have...
This potty is great - excellent value & performance! (plus it's cute!) My 9 month old DS took to it right away. He is a big boy (30 in. tall - feet not quite on floor - & 27 lbs.) and this is...
I voted over a week past EDD. I'm planning for 'late' so I'm not disappointed when my EDD comes and goes with no baby
My personal prediction is Sept. 4, my EDD is Aug. 26. That's 9 days past, and it also happens to be the full moon My EDD is calculated from my ovulation date, so it's as 'accurate' as it can get (but that doesn't mean much)
Of course, since I'm planning on a 'late' baby, we'll probably get surprised by an early bird and have nothing ready!
We've known the conception dates of all of our kiddos...and I've never made it to my due date. Two of the six times I've gone past 39w0d... so I'm banking on 1-2 weeks early. We shall see!
I voted the week to 2 weeks. All my singles arrived 37-39 and a day or two except one was 39 and 5 days. I am betting around 24 or 25th, but whenever baby arrives is fine w/ me, term that is.
I'm guessing around September 1st. I'm due August 21st.
But it's hard to say. I went into labor with #1 at 40 weeks 2 days and I was induced at 41 weeks with #2. My guess is that I'll go "late" again though. At least a week past the due date.
Also, I the two days I could have conceived this baby were a week apart. I did NOT ovulate on day 14-15 like I usually do. I have a 27 to 28 day cycle. I either ovulated early or late, since we had sex on CD 8 and CD16.
I voted 1-2 weeks early but I'm cheating a bit I have a c-section scheduled for 1 weeks early, but 2 out of 3 of my other babies arrived earlier than that! So we'll see if I go into labour before the scheduled date!
I am being super optimistic saying a few days after. My Mom keeps reminding me how over she and my Grandmother were with their kids that she has a date in her mind (9-9-09) that is almost a full month past my due date. If family history comes into play I might go a few weeks late or as long as the midwives will let me go
I voted a week over. So far all three of mine were induced on or right around the due date. This time I'm with a midwife. One week after my due date is the full moon, so that's what I'm banking on. LOL So, I'm due July 30th and figure it will be closer to August 6th or 7th before the baby gets here.
I am going to be induced either on the 13th or the 20th.... for a few different reasons...... (If I test positive for the GBS, I like to have the antibiotics and we also really need to "know" because of our childcare situation.)
I voted a few days early . . . I haven't made it to my due date yet - DS1 was 10 days early, DS2 was 3 days early. AND, DH is going out of town on a shoot for at least five days starting 2 days after my EDD. Which is as accurate as it can get, since I was charting. So, we're hoping this baby is like his/her older brothers and wants to come at least a few days early. (My mom will come be with us while DH is away whether baby has been born or not - but of course, I'd REALLY like DH to be here when it is born!)
I had my membranes stripped with Abrielle a few times. I had her ON her due date. I was in labor the 41 hours prior to my due date. I have a feeling I would have gone a few days later than my due date. I am thinking I will go a few days early or possibly right on. My midwife is on vacation the last week of July, though, so I CANNOT go into labor that week. LOL
DD came fast and furious at 38 weeks 0 days. I expected her to be late as all of the women in my family went over with their first babies, all of which were girls. I was born at 42 weeks. So, this time I'm preparing myself for a very very fast birth as early as 37 weeks, and expecting a rather fast birth at 38-39 weeks. However, I'm sure this little girl will be quite different than her big sister in many ways and will throw off mommy's expectations many times. Perhaps I'll go to 42 weeks and have a long labor. : I just want to be sure I'm ready by 37 weeks and that my birth team is ready to be here at the drop of a hat if things go fast like last time.
DS1 was 2 weeks late, so I voted that this one will be a few day over-due. I really don't think I'm going to go as long with this pregnancy, but then.. Who knows?
