I tried my hand at felt food.

DD just inherited a play kitchen that was her grandmother's when she was a girl. She loves it; however, we didn't have any play food, so I decided to try and make some. Here's what I've done so far. All from my head, didn't have money to buy patterns or the beautiful felt foods off etsy. I still need to add some sprinkles to the cupcakes.

They're adorable! I was going to knit/crochet some, but maybe sewing them would be quicker. I'll probably steal many of your ideas ;-)

They are very splendid, I love that can of beans. I warn you.... felt food is very addictive once you get started :

And that is so cool that your DD has inherited her gran's play kitchen!

So great! I made a bunch like this for DD's xmas gift, but you are giving me the itch again... I always meant to make muffins/cookies/pasta... hmm! I love how you used the pinking shears to edge some of the pieces. So cute!
