Temp went up today -- not sure what to think. I have an appt. with a potential new OBGYN doc to discuss my trying to conceive. My DD was a preemie (32 weeks) so I want to discuss any possible risks.

Hey Michelle (skeeter30), my DH is from Western NY -- he grew up in Hamburg.

I'm posting fast and trying not to get caught, here at the beach with my family. 10 DPO and I got a faint second line this morning. It's hard to tell if there is color or not, but it came up within the time limit and I think it looks faintly pink. I'll test again tomorrow!

Thanks ladies! As it has dried, it's clearly faint pink. Cautiously optimistic! AF usually starts tomorrow or the next day.

AFM: I'm a little bummed because FF changed my O date to Sunday (CD17) instead of Friday (CD15). Thankfully we BDed plenty so we have our bases covered with that. The only thing that confuses me is the lack of fertile CM by that day. I have always had EWCM on the day I O, so there is a chance I really did O on CD15. According to FF though, I am 3dpo today. That basically kills my chances of testing on Father's Day, so I will wait it out til around 16dpo (6/30).

Grapes, AUGH, I hate when that happens on FF.. What happens if you take out the high temp on june 4?

YYYM - how long are you away? if you have a longer cycle is it possible to take it a few days later? I am not familiar enough with the soy thing (as you know from responding to a previous post/question of mine!) to advise, obviously...!

Katie - here is a not so condensed version of where we are right now. frustrating to say the least.

Danielle- send those vibes my way! that pot sounds awesome, and like it could really work. I think you SHOULD plant something in there... even if it's a seedling already, and take good care of it!

Banana - cant wait to see the results of those tests- the temps sound promising!!!

Skeeter- i have : for you! this could be your month?!?!

Jen...76 - please test!!! i am as curious as you are! you could get a nice surprise like ...
HappiLeigh!!! WOOO HOO Yay! : I second the question- does the fam know, or are you being secretive for now?

and grapesbunch - and beathing earth UGH. FF is usually so helpful, until it starts messing with things... you can go in and "tune" it in the settings area (under the ovulation chart thingy, there is a button "tuning override") you can make it work on Fertility awareness method, which would look at CM and (i think) give it more weight than the temp.

AFM, big fight with DH last night... sometimes he is so ! and i was thinking that i might O today or tomorrow... the stress of it probably just threw it off again. great. I did have almost full ferning last night on the saliva mircoscope... but then this morning, I saw it for a little bit, and then when i looked again, it was gone.. was i imagining things? oh the drama of TTC. i brought it with me so i could check again in an hour or so...

did i get everyone? sorry if i didnt... do i get the longest post of the thread award?!

AAM... My new SO is stressing over our current financial situations and got cold feet about TTC. So, I agreed to put it aside for a few months, then we will discuss it again.

I'm not really too upset by waiting a little while. This will give me some time to deal with my medical issues from being rear-ended a few months ago. And give me time to focus more on my finances/job/school, whatever I'm going to do...

Oh, please move me to Waiting To Be Ready. Thanx!

stevi- it sounds like you're approaching things very logically, and that's great! when things make sense, it's easier to accept (at least IMO).... I hope the "waiting to be ready" time is unstressful, relaxing, and as QUICK as you'd like it to be!
