Adorable, Mae!

Ladies, I'm posting fast and then won't be online for the rest of the day. I tested again, another almost painfully faint pink line. I dunno. I'm pretty sure it's not darker than yesterday. It's also fainter than my BFPs with my DD. I'm 11 DPO and would normally start spotting today or tomorrow. I wish I could post a picture for you all to give opinions, but I couldn't do that privately.

Mae, I LOVE your dress.

Well, ladies, this morning my temp has reached higher, but the test was negative. To be fair, my urine was clear like water, and I had a ton to drink yesterday - I was so hungry and thirsty. I'll test again tmw. I don't see how I could not be pregnant right now. Wonder if I O'ed later than FF thought. I just undiscarded the temp I had discarded, and FF changed my O date to CD 19, which makes me only 16 dpo today. I dunno, but I'll keep temping.

May I ask a dumb question? I got up to pee at 6am, peed in the cup, put a lid on, went back to sleep, came back at 7 to do the test. Sitting there for an hour wouldn't affect anything, would it? I thought maybe I should shake it, but I didn't. It was still as clear as water, so maybe I'll just have to try with more concentrated pee.

Banana hey sorry about the BFN this morning...that sucks! Hopefully you are right and the urine just wasn't concentrated enough. I checked out your chart...I am no expert...it is pretty confusing to me too. It looks right now but, have you tried disregarding the two temps that were taken at different times to see what happens? Just a suggestion...I hope you can figure it out soon and maybe someone else will be able to give you better advice than I can. Good luck!!

Thanks, Skeeter. If I discard both temps, it says I O'ed on CD 17 again and raises the coverline a bit. Hmm.

Yes it can but how it affects it depend on you. Most women's temps go up, but some go down. And if AF is due Saturday it wont hurt to still go out Friday night. If you're pregnant, none of the alcohol would ever touch the baby as the placenta wont be functional for a couple more weeks, and the alcohol would be out of your system by Saturday night. Of course it wouldn't hurt to take it easy... I sort of overdid it two days before I found out I was PG with DD and by the day I found out I was swearing my morning sickness was a hangover!

It's a safety mechanism built in so that once a woman knows she's pregnant (missed her period) then she can start caring for her baby... but before she knows she's pregnant (before her period is missed) she wouldn't know and would still do everything normal.

HappiLeigh.... SO exciting, can't wait to SEE a test!

Mae... that dress is so adorable... what shoes would you wear? (I wore a floor-length dress, so I wore cute little ballerina sneakers... very comfy!!) Do you plan to grow your hair out or keep it shorter?

bananbee... do you have another test you can try with SMU? Your temps look promising, at least to my inexperienced eye!

Jenifer76.. I think alcohol can increase your temps, but when I've only had 1 or 2 drinks, I haven't seen a difference. I feel like I always end up testing earlier than I wanted to because of an upcoming night out! And I don't go out a lot, it just seems that my cycle coincides with any plans I have!

AFM... I think I'm having phantom signs from wishful thinking. Everything is super vague... my breasts feel a little fuller, I have the vaguest of queasiness and cramps, I'm tired, but is it just from AF coming? Dunno. I hate the two week wait. I don't want to be pessimistic, but I don't want to get my hopes up too much only to crash. I have a "feeling" for some reason, but I'm trying to ignore it since it could just be the fact that I want to be pregnant so badly!!! But... I WILL be happy today, despite the fact that I'm not pregnant, and despite the seemingly endless rain. I'm so thankful for what I do have... sorry for rambling, but a friend of ours had a horrifying loss in the family last week, and it sort of puts things in perspective.

Well that could explain my slightly higher temp on Wed. morning -- I had a few glasses of rum punch with friends the night before and stayed up later than usual. Thanks for the information, ladies!

I'm going to grow it out as much as I can by next summer and probably have it up in victory rolls with flowers... and I can't handle heels anymore so I'd probably go with a cute flat... or maybe kitten heels.

Lucy--I understand what you are saying. For some reason everything I feel is a pregnancy sign instead of AF, but I always end up with AF. Stinks! : your symptoms are real and you will have the proof with a BFP soon!

I didn't have enough time to lose weight after finally being diagnosed with hypothyroidism and finally being treated for it... my groom was a complete and total ass who made the whole day about his friends. the only times I saw him were during the ceremony and for the short while we were sitting together at the reception... that should have clued me in that something was wrong but it didn't lol.

Grapes... same to you!!!! I keep looking at my old charts and cursing myself for not being more detailed with my symptoms pre-af.

OK first a question I posted a while ago .. Why does FF change your O'd out of the blue like it seems to do to a lot of you?

Second, does my chart make sense to anyone?? Cause I really think it's screwed up, LOL

It's really stupid. Especially when they give you crosshairs and you stop BDing just to find out they move them...very frustrating. I guess it's because they factor in CP, CM and temperature. I know they originally had my wrong this month because they put O on a date when all my cm had dried up. Gets on my nerves!

As for your chart...why are the last 5 days white circles? That could be why your temps are so wonky...

Thanks! It was a strapless dress, but you can add sleeves to any dress at David's Bridal... It was definitely the most uncomfortable get-up I've ever been in though! LOL!

They are white circles because I can't temp at the same time every day. I was told that wont affect the outcome very much.
