Thanks everyone for your honesty and for sharing your stories. I am feeling so much more relaxed and more excited now. Your thoughts have really warmed my heart and belly. Now I am really excited to have one boy and one girl. I am just going to keep reading and re-reading this thread. Perfect :

But the baby growing in the boob ... HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! I swear - I am having triplets!! And that thought alone will make me laugh for the next three months!

I haven't had time to read the other responses...but having a boy has been the most wonderful and amazing experience. First of all, I think the "myth" about boys and their mamas is true. He is SO closely bonded and connected with me it is just amazing. It isn't that he doesn't have a great releationship with my husband as well, but it is totally different. Also, my boy is SO snuggly and affectionate. I don't know if this has anything to do with gender, but he is so so sweet it just totally melts me. He is obsessed with anything with wheels, tools, sports etc. but again who knows if that is because of gender or just his inclination. Anyway, I guarantee you that you will LOVE having a boy. I am having a girl next and while I am thrilled it is also hard for me to wrap my head around.
