If one more well meaning person(including my husband) calls to ask 'Have you had the baby yet?' I may well lose it. Like I'm going to have him in secret & not tell ANY of you? Riiiiight.

Matter of fact, the next person who stares at my belly, then babbles something about "You're HUGE, when are you due?' may just have to be choked.

Every joint in my body started aching hours ago & just won't let up, I have no idea why but it really hurts!

Oh and dear FIL please don't call anymore, ever. I'm sick of hearing you make snipes about my husband who is half a world away in a combat zone. I'm tired of hearing you toss accusations like 'Your baby is still breech because you're starving him by eating salad.'

I KNOW you're a lonely, sick old man who's wife has to work overtime to pay the bills but you're going to drive me to drink while trying to be polite to you.

Alrighty *sigh*, done now..I'll go find my big girl panties & deal with this stuff.

Oh god I feel you. I just got ANOTHER message from my MIL today (on yahoo so I don't have to actually talk to her) asking "have you had that baby yet". YEP, I sure did, that is why I am logged into my yahoo and we did NOT call you, because I just had major surgery and had this baby. Uggg.

I dont know what is worse, that, or people asking me about DH getting orders and what am I going to do if he deploys soon after he transfers.

Umm hello, that is what the military does and I expect it, but leave me the heck alone about it right now, I am more concerned about getting this kid out, who is NOT out and you should know that because I didn't call you and TELL YOU he was out.

Bleh that's sucky too. I'd probably start telling them 'Well I plan on getting pg with someone else's kid right after I blow through ALL the extra $ he gets for being deployed & then divorcing him. Thanks for asking! '

My favorite comment anymore is 'But, but you get free healthcare!' Yeah.. having my husband taken from us for 12-18 months every other year is WAY worth that free health care..wth was I thinking wanting him home with me?

that would be hilarious about the getting pg part, except that has happened twice already. it is acutally a HUGE joke in our family/DH's work. Twice while deployed, before we were married but living together, he came home to me being pg by another man.

Of course, I was a surrogate and they were gay men and a Dr. got me pg, but still, it was hilarious. So I think now people would be like "I thought you were done with surrogacy". HAHAHA

But in all seriousness, I guess I have no patience for stupid questions.

People are so annoying... but I really think people on POST take the cake. Seriously. I can't walk into the hospital here with DS (14 months) without someone asking if we know what causes this.

Also... if my darling husband calls me from work or texts me from work or asks me ONE MORE TIME if it feels like anything is happening or if I am in labor I am going to scream. It is like he thinks I am going to go into labor and just NOT tell him!!!!

Hah yeah. I'm lucky not to have to go on post for OB care & we don't live there so I'm spared.

Now if I could get store clerks & everyone else to quit discussing me like I'm not there. Bleh.

If someone asked me if I knew what caused that I think I'd smack them in the head at this point, you have a LOT of restraint

I have managed to not smack anyone, yet... but I HAVE responded with "Actually, we have no idea... but we don't own a TV and have a lot of unprotected sex so I have started thinking that might have something to do with it" The look on their faces is priceless
