stupid backordered bunkbeds!

that were supposed to be delivered in mid june has gotten pushed back to "beginning of august". How much you wanna bet that doesn't actually happen??????

How am I supposed to get a nursery ready when I can't get the big girls room fixed FIRST? This stinks.

Guess I'll come up with something though. At least they said we could pick up the dresser anytime - that should help a bit, I guess.

On the bright side, the dresser is what's been hanging you up, right? So, with that in place, can you start organizing the big girls' stuff?

Still sucks on the bunks though. If they are without beds, my girls love sleeping on an air mattress on the floor- we don't go camping, and it's the biggest novelty ever to them

Furniture stores suck. When we moved into our house, we ordered a new couch. They told us it wouldn't be in until a week or so after we closed. It came in 6 weeks early! I made them hold it for us until we moved - they didn't like it, but I told them that they would have to deal.

I can't find a better DEAL though, that's the real problem. I wanted a pretty white wood bunkbed set that could be separated into two sturdy twin beds with higher headboards and lower footboards. That way - these were the LAST beds we will ever have to buy the children, yk? When I bought Maddie's furniture, I got a GREAT deal on floor models at Bombay kids - thought I would just buy some coordinating things when Grace was big enough, but of course, they're out of business now. I'm just picky, I guess.

Anyways - yes, it's the dresser that has me with piles and piles of clothes all over the friggin' place, so at least that gives me something to do. Then, I might just have to have some disorganized toy stuff in the basement....and THEN I can put the crib up After that I'll feel like I'm getting somewhere, I HOPE!
