Helena Doula's childbirth classes?

Hello! I was wondering if there are any natural childbirth classes available in Helena or any breast-feeding education classes?. Doula's?. ect.

Is there demand for such services?

Have you heard of Tracy, the midwife who does homebirths here in Helena? I think if anyone knows about natural birth classes, it is probably her. Good luck.

Traci Palagi is the midwife here and she may offer them. There is an IBCLC here that teaches a breastfeeding class--Faylene Nelson. It is through the hospital. I find her to be great though! She helped my IM induce lactation and successfully nurse her daughter then twins. And she was knowledgable about what herbs and such I'd need to help up my supply when I was pumping for the twins also.
