I think my kids are getting WAY too much fiber. Their poops (sorry) are light brown, very mushy, and with undigested foods.
Here's our regular day:
Breakfast: Barbara's Cereal with raw milk or oatmeal with raw milk
Snack: varies. usually fruit, toast with butter, cheese, nuts, or whole grain crackers
Lunch: almond butter and honey on homemade whole wheat bread
Snack: same as above
Dinner: varies. usually has a protein, starch and vegetable.
Lots of water.
I've started giving them hard boiled eggs as part of their snacks sometimes too. What else low-fiber can I add? This morning I tried eggs for breakfast and hotdogs for lunch. We'll see if that helps.
Any suggestions?
