Mamas, thank you for your cards and notes and CDs - you are all so amazingly wonderful to think of me.

I also wanted you all to know that I wear the charm you sent on a chain around my neck and never take it off.

I saw that the March DDC is closing, and of course this one will be next. I can't believe all the words we posted during the nine months of our pregnancies will disappear into the ether... *sigh* As hard as I try to hold onto every little bit, every memory, it slips between my fingers.

Ah well... that is, as they say, life.

And hey, we've always got Facebook.
