Need adult interaction in Sierra Vista!

Especially young moms with babies! I'm a bit out of my head around here. Every attempt at adult interaction I make seems to end with someone's kids being spanked or shamed. I'd just love to be able to get out for a bit and not have to deal with seeing that. Anyone free?

Hey there. I just moved back to the area a few weeks ago. I always had trouble finding people around here. The midwives used to have a park day for moms on weds at VM park but I don't know if they still do it. My best friend moved the same week I got here so I don't really know anyone with kids here now. Why don't you send me a message and tell me about yourself? I have a 3yr DD and a 1yr DS. I am trying to use graced-based parenting, although it has been kind of hard sometimes as I don't know anyone else who does. I am a SAHM although we are looking at opening a small cafe with my family. We will see how it goes. So drop me a note and maybe we can get together sometime!

I am far from a perfect mommy but we try and stick with NVC parenting and of course no spanking. I have a 10 year old DD homeschooler, 3year old DS and 18 month old DD. We are not christian though if that is an issue. (Well my oldest might be actually but thats a chat for another day!) =)

I do go to park day, but that's only once a month. I'm also at LLL meetings. Other than that, I'm pretty much at home. It's really hard finding like minded people my age here (I'm 22).

Not an issue, we're really not a religious family. I joke that I'm a hardcore agnostic.
