My girl was born five days ago
We are over the moon about her. The roughest part about the last few days has been that it has been a biiiig adjustment for our other three kiddos, so even though they think she is great, the two and four year old have been acting out a bit. I am just trying to be patient and do things with them when she is snoozing. Things will level out

I'm here too, Grace is 3 weeks 4 days old now, we're still having issues with breastfeeding, she's usually quite happy to latch on, but she doesn't transfer milk very well. We weighed her on Monday and it was the first time she was above her birth weight. We've set up an appointment for cranial sacral therapy and are also going to try and set up something with someone who can help us with her suck. She is getting entirely mummy milk as I've been pumping around the clock and she gets her supplements via syringe.

I'm here too! Been trying to check in to say congratulations as the babes are born. Zander is 3 weeks old today! If I had just the one little babe to deal with I'd be on the computer a lot more LOL. I had no idea how good I had it with my first!
SOOOOOOOOOO this. Wow. My almost 3 year old has become the devil incarnate. Then so sweet. Then horrible. And back. It's been such a complete and total challenge for me. I've been putting this new babe down a lot more than my first was ever put down so that I can spend extra one on one time with my older boy but he is so used to having ALL OF ME that no matter what I do it isn't enough for him. This is by far my biggest challenge so far. Thank goodness he is napping right now, I'm nearly in tears. Please tell me it does get easier and he really will adjust!
I was dizzy for a good week afterwards, not all the time but here and there. I kept blaming it on how low my bp was because of all the accupuncture I had to lower it in the weeks before his birth! HAHA! Do keep off your feet and SLEEP as much as possible, your body just rocked the earth ya know!
I've heard such amazing things about cranial sacral, I hope you get some success from it! Sounds llike you are really working hard, I hope you're getting plenty of rest too. Hugs.

I'm only 3 days PP but feel like it should be more for some reason! Been feeling super dizzy today- hoping it's just not drinking enough water and being really tired! Will have DH check my blood pressure when he gets home!

He is SOSO sweet to the baby, mostly just upset with me. And of course this is the big thing I react to with full hormonal force! The first time he cried because the baby was nursing, I started sobbing uncontrollably because I felt so bad for him. I definitely put this baby down or hand him off to my husband/whichever family member is around more than my first too.
I'm assuming it'll get easier. Most things like this do, right? RIGHT?! haha. This is definitely my biggest issue so far too.
