Dry Scalp and no poo?

I am going to try no poo. I have really dry skin and my scalp is dry and flakey. I have been using a shampoo bar for a few months and my head is itchy from the dryness.

Can someone give me a place to start with the no poo? What should I do? Or can you point me to a very detailed thread on starting no poo.

The Curly Girl Method might work for you. It involves conditioner cleaning as opposed to the baking soda/acv rinse method.

It works for non-curly girls too. I'm about to switch to it myself.
