Would eating water kefir grains have the same benefit as drinking the brew? Would it have the same natural pro-biotic benefit?

Go slowly, don't eat a lot as they could cause "too much" probiotic shift and that leads to diarrhea and die-off of the "bad" bacteria.

I say a tablespoon a day, increase by a tablespoon more each week, if nursing, pregnant, or mercury fillings.

This thread reminds me that I really want to try to get some water kefir grains. Wish I knew someone locally I could get them from.
