LOL @ my DH and his first attempt at a Goodmama Diaper

So day 2 at cloth diapering and we decided to use the 2 goodmama diapers today after we ran out of covers for the PF's. So I left to pick up dessert and DH was in the process of changing Dart when I left.
Well I come home and my DH is like "So... Does the Goodmama logo go in the back or the front?" I was like the front why? "Well... I wasnt sure how the diaper went on..." So he pulls off the towel he had my son wrapped in and he had put the diaper on completely backwards. It was so silly and cute and the diaper look hysterical on my LO. We took him back the the bathroom and showed him how to put it on right. Hes such a trooper.
I had to share. Hehehehe

Very cute. My husband learned how to do his first prefold last night. He hasn't offered to do any other diapers since, LOL. Then before bed, he asked me if I was going to keep disposables in my diaper bag for outings. I'm sure he knew what I was going to say by the look I gave him!!!! If I am going to do this, I am going to do it all the way, LOL. SO . . . . I had to get online and show him the AIOs and other choices that we had for outings (if he wants to buy them). Very funny

Thats cool that hes at least willing.
Mines been a super trooper about the whole CDing thing its been a few days now of Cding and weve gotten into the swing of things quite well. Though he asked me the same thing about going out with diapers.
I'm sure you'll husband will get the hang of it.
Mine today came out after changing the baby going "Ok so I see why your inlove with cloth wipes. It makes cleaning him SOOO much easier".
hehehe

I haven't even explained the cloth wipes yet. I feel obligated to use up a whole huge box of wipes that someone bought for us from Sam's. I can't just throw them in the trash.

they are great to use for cleaning up little messes around the house, like in the kitchen or for washing faces and hands. when i worked in a daycare we used them for all kinds of stuff. lol. we would fight over which room got the last package when they were running out. i do all this with our cloth wipes, but if i had to use up some disposables i'd use them for the random things, and use the cloth on her butt because i hate having to grab 3-4 of the sposies vs. one of the cloth wipes to clean the booty- and then i always toss them in the washer on accident with the dipes .

I have OCDs so I haven't ever thrown one in with the wash, LOL. Great suggestions for cleaning, though, I think I may just use them for clean-up.
Thanks, ladies!
