Dairy-free, Soy-free diet

Hey all! My cousin's little baby has some GI issues and in order to keep bfing she has to go dairy and soy free. As the wife of a guy who grew up on dairy farm and the mom of two busy toddlers in addition to the newborn, she's feeling a little lost. Do any of you happen to know of good dairy-free/soy-free resources on the web? Anybody have any experiences or tips or recipes to share? Much appreciated!

Come over to the Allergies forum, it's under Health & Healing. There's a sticky at the top of the page with lots of recipes, or search for dairy and/or soy in the thread titles, many folks have to cut out dairy and soy, and there are lots of different ways to meet cravings and stay full.
