Is it possible to replace velcro on covers?

I have 5 Bummis covers that don't stay closed anymore because the velcro doesn't stick. Is it possible to replace the velcro? I am not a sewer, so I couldn't do it, but I hate to throw them away, I would give them away to someone who could use them if they can be salvaged.

I'm pretty sure you can use a seam ripper to take the velcro off and just sew new velcro on. It should be easy.

Yes you can. If you don't want to do it yourself you can hire someone to do it. PM me for more info on that.

You could also offer then FFS on diaperswappers- I bet some mama who sews would take them off your hands.

Perfect! I'll check out diaperswappers. They are almost too small for my dd anyway, so I really have no use for them, I just really didn't want to throw them away.

Thanks!
