Beautiful breastfeeding art

The other day, I was looking for an artist whose paintings I had on my wall as a child. I finally found her -- her name is Sulamith Wulfing, apparently -- and I found a lot of other gorgeous works by her. This one is my favorite, though!

This is beautiful! Is the artist still alive (given the fact that you had on of her works on your bedroom wall as a child)?

According to Wikipedia, she died in 1989.

It took me YEARS to find her! My mom couldn't remember her name ... I think I finally stumbled across her online by sheer dumb luck.

I remember going to this zoo when DD was tiny and monkey DD was a toddler swinging from tree to tree stoping by to nurse for like 5 seconds doing a lap an other quik nurse lol It was heart warming

You know what's neat about this one? The baby is obviously older. I just LOVE that!!!

If this link works, this is the painting (well, a poster of it) that my BF got me when he was in Spain. This was before our baby was born, and my BF always looked at it fondly while we were waiting for him to arrive and say, "Thats going to be you.." I love it!
