DDC's are often a "first stop" at MDC for new members, and I'm sure our more experienced members will make everyone feel welcome. MDC has a unique Statement of Purpose, and we can all help this be the best Natural Family Living and Attachment Parenting site there is!
DDC's are not intended to be mini-MDC's, and we do ask that threads that are already hosted in other forums please be posted there. For example, breastfeeding questions in the Breastfeeding forum, diapering questions in the Diapering forum, family bed questions in the Nighttime Parenting forum, etc. While we do allow "Poll the DDC"-type threads here ("What kind of sling will you buy for your new baby?"), focused discussion belongs in the appropriate forum. Threads that are not DDC-specific will be moved.
