Natural "plastic" doll heads

Dd loves dolls but prefers the ones with with realistic looking faces. Are there natural rubber or vinyl doll heads available?

I'd like to make this for her birthday so suggestions on where I might find this would be much appreciated!

It would be perfect if it were about 60% cheaper. That's why I thought it might be better if I made my own.
