It's really an 11 day diet with one day of juice fasting. The first 7 days prepare your body for the fast. I'm currently on day 2. I'm feeling pretty sluggish and irritable right now, but that could be because I haven't had coffee for two days. I was just curious about others experiences.

It's from the Fat Flush diet, right? I didn't actually do the fast Track, but did the Fat Flush diet for a while. Where I feel it's good to detox and it guides you in a lifestyle fo better eating choices, I feel like it is extremely limited! For lifestyle I mean. As a diet, if you are intending to lose weight and go back to whatever you did before, it's great at getting the weight off.
You are probly sluggish because of the lack of coffee, you are right. Also because it's a detox and your body has to work hard at detoxing. Other symptoms are withdrawl or die off symptoms possibly. These symptoms usually only last a few days and you feel so much better when the detox is over!!
The other reason you may feel sluggish is, this is very calorie restrictive, if I remember correctly.
Not sure if this helps at all. Great job on kicking the coffee habbit!!! Hope you are feeling better soon.
