breast tenderness on sides of breast means...

that ovulation has occurred but that progesterone is low so estrogen is taking over. Has anyone ever heard of this. Is it too late to start taking a progesterone cream if I ovulated on Sat.? Does anyone have any prog. cream recommendations?

I've never heard of that. My breasts were very tender and sore while bf'ing during O this last time, is that the same thing? Hopefully it's not too late and you can find a good cream!

I looked it up to see if tenderness usu. happens before, during or after ovulation and I found somewhere it was explaining how where the tenderness occurs is important. Mine is nipple and sides. Which they say means ovulation has occurred but prog. is low. If it is on the top and front it means estrogen is high and therefore no ovulation. I keep having chemical preg. and I am pretty sure it is from low prog. but nobody seems to want to do anything.

personally my experience with prog. cream sucked (and i took it the way all the online directions say for low progesterone)

I always get breast pain on either the sides/nipples and/or the tops of my breasts, sometimes both in the same cycle (during tww) so I think that the where it's happening diagnosis is pretty much a load of bull.

However since you keep getting chemical pregnancies (and not just evap lines that get your hopes up) you could try it out, I personally thoroughly enjoyed my first bottle I bought which was source naturals natural progesterone cream.

Make sure to get natural progesterone and not progestins...

and this video explains very well how to apply it:

And if you use it, do NOT get your hopes up over high temps or any other pregnancy sign unless you get a BFP because the month I used it I had no risk of pregnancy but had every pregnancy sign in the book short of milk production.
