I'm confused where "mandatory" comes into play. The link you posted clearly says:

(4) VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION- Participation in the demonstration program by a school or an individual shall be voluntary.

I currently live in MS, which lacks non-medical exemption (as does WV.) Vaccines should not be mandated, period.

If this concerns you, please call your representative and voice your opinion that vaccines should always be completely voluntary, not coerced!!

Oh, I absolutely agree! NO HEALTH CARE SHOULD BE MANDATORY! However, the info I was given was inaccurate, THIS legislation doesn't infringe on freedom of health care.
