Just jumping in to say that Zacharias was born on Monday night, 10:45p, at home with my mom watching and being coached on the phone by the midwife (who was on the freeway). STBX was there, but taking care of our son, and baby was born less than 20 minutes after I woke up to nurse our son and started STRONG contractions. It was crazy fast and NOTHING like what I had expected!
7 lbs 7 oz (one pound bigger than my biggest thus far!)

By our standards, he's huge! And although labor was fast, it was PAINFUL and the after contractions are still killing me. I'll be resting a lot this next week or so, but will try to lurk as much as possible. And get a birth story up sometime when I've had more sleep.
