We've just transplanted cedars and I'm wondering if anybody has any tips to ensure that they survive the transplant.
The trees are between 8-10ft tall and we've got about 40ft of them to take care of.
We've got a soaker hose that we're going to weave between the trunks to make sure the roots get enough water but I'm not sure how often and how long to water for.
Also, I was wondering if putting mulched leaves around the trunks and over the hose would help keep moisture in.
Input/advice is appreciated. Thanks.
