Healthy crock pot cookbook?

Thread Starter
Does anyone have a crockpot cookbook they like that is more oriented towards whole grains, beans, veggies, some meat and fish and some dairy? I love my crock pots (yes, I have 3 and would love to use them more - it is so great to prep when I and the kids want to, not when dinner needs to be ready in an hour!

Well, not a cookbook, but http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/ has TONS of really great crockpot recipes - most using whole foods and good stuff (not the same old cream of mushroom soup & velveta )

(Well, actually, looks like she's written a book too - first blog post )

Beth Hensperger has a crock-pot book!? That's almost enough to make me buy one! I LOVE her bread book, it's amazingly good.

I third the recommendation for

I add chicken or beef broth and chicken or ground beef to many of the recipes.

It's the best! I love the minestrone, the sweet potato chipotle chili, the farmhouse fricasse, the vegetable soup...

I guess my rec for the Veg slow cooker cookbook is unnecessary-- except to say that I have bought several copies as gifts! It's the only one I still own.
