Bumper Crops this Year: Artichokes and Raspberries

Does anybody have good recipes for using or preserving either of these? I counted 19 artichokes on our four plants and we are going to have millions of raspberries in about a week.

I found this site for step-by-step instructions for canning raspberries using honey and fruit juice, so daughter and I are going to try our hands at canning this summer.

And there's only so many steamed artichokes with butter that a person can eat... Anybody have favorite recipes for eating now or preserving for later? Thanks in advance!

I buy frozen artichoke hearts but have never preserved them in any way myself.

I love lightly sauteeing the artichoke petals with asparagus, mushrooms and shallots and garlic, and tossing that mixture into baby spinach with a red wine tarragon vinagrette. :

Also baked artichoke dip is super yummy!!! Cheesy tangy goodness. I often add crab or shrimp... and I have had it with lobster but can't afford to make that myself!

Stuffed artichokes are yummy...

And for the bestest artichoke recipes in the world, trust my fave food network chef Giada De Laurentiis:
