I just found an awsome tutorial on making lacto fermented fruit sodas!
This is what soda used to be.
I think I will get a big batch going soon, for the screening of Fresh, that I doing here.

Awesome! Soda is one of the things that I really miss. Last summer I made T'ej and it was awesome... just like she mentioned in that article, it felt so alive. Fermentation is so cool!

i'm gonna give it a try soon. i'm very curious about it and i'd love to get more ferments in my diet.
